Join our ACT Chapter for 'Tales from the Trenches" with Ash Buchanan and Dan Haesler.

In Ash’s session, we will collectively inquire into how we can work together to create communities of wellbeing. Ash will share his research on benefit mindset. A benefit mindset builds on a growth mindset, where we not only seek to fulfil our potential, but choose to do it in a way that contributes to the wellbeing of others and society as a whole.

Dan Haesler will share his reflections on engaging with a school to develop a benefit mindset and an experience of reciprocity.

Ash Buchanan is an educator, collaborator, and wellbeing practitioner living in Melbourne, Australia. His work is informed by a love for the natural world and for bringing people closer together. He is the founder of cohere, a wellbeing design agency, and he leads an action research initiative called benefit mindset, which supports schools and organisations with making a transformative contribution in the world.

Dan Haesler is a Director of Cut Through Coaching & Consulting, working with educators, corporate leaders, elite athletes & teams. He is an international keynote speaker and regularly presents alongside industry leaders as well as the occasional Olympian and Oscar Winner. A couple of times he has presented alongside His Holiness the Dalai Lama. His first book, #SchoolOfThought is available now with every cent going to support the Indigenous Literacy Foundation to help get books and reading programs to some of our hardest-to-reach communities.

This event is online and open to all - not just those based in ACT.
