We have been contacted by Henry Meghaizel, a PhD student at the Centre for Positive Psychology, Melbourne Graduate School of Education, University of Melbourne.

Henry is currently conducting research on wisdom in education. The aim of the study is to explore secondary school teachers’ wisdom, and its association with job meaning (job as calling), job satisfaction, and well-being.

Henry is seeking participants for this study who will complete a survey battery that will take approximately 35 minutes, and an optional interview (via skype or over the phone).

Henry has advised that your participation will contribute towards a recommendation of a training program, with positive implications for teachers’ career satisfaction and well-being, and that this study has been approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee at the University of Melbourne, and by the Department of Education and Training.
